The installation crew is already on site. The crane window is set. If the actuator misses that window, work shifts, contractors remain mobilized, and the restart schedule starts to slip.

The part is not exceptionally large, but it is high-value, sensitive to shock, and required before the system can be tested. Waiting on a standard pickup introduces too many handoffs and too much uncertainty.
